The Role

Kitchen Porter Duties:

Assisting with day to day kitchen duties such as weighing out ingredients and making decorations
To help with daily cleaning, washing up and shift changeovers
To maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness throughout the event
To ensure that all back of house areas and kitchen equipment are maintained according to standards.
To perform all duties relating to the cleaning of back of house areas such as toilets, sinks and patio areas according to the relevant food and hygiene standards and COSHH regulations.
To report prior to the end of the shift to the Head Baker or duty manager for a final check-off of completed duties.
To count any breakage and provide related reports to the supervisor.
To carry out other cleaning tasks and reasonable requests as directed by your manager and supervisor.

It is a must for Kitchen Porters to be flexible in their working hours and be available to work evenings and weekends.
The role will involve shift work Monday through till Sunday.

Pay: £11.45 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
