Finance Manager | £50-60,000 | Banbury | Hybrid

A rare opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who is looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing business in Banbury. As the Finance Manager within the SME market, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

£50-60,000 plus car or car allowance. Hybrid.

• The responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the business
• Monthly management accounts, forecasting, and budgeting & payroll
• Provide key financial analysis to support decision-making,
• Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring efficient cash management
• Manage a small finance team, providing leadership and support

About You:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA. Qualified by experience will be also considered
• Experience in financial management, within manufacturing advantageous
• Understanding of manufacturing costs, cost accounting, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively
