Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm - this role will be full time office based

This successful design company with lovely offices based close to London Bridge station are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.

Duties of the role:
- Updating cashbook on the accounting system
- Dealing with suppliers
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Commission statements
- Generating Sales Invoices
- Loading Sale invoices
- Debt collecting
- Sales Statement process
- Expenses generating, approval and processing
Requirements for the role:
- Have previous experience within a Finance Assistant role
- Experience using Sage
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident a vibrant personality
- Organised
- Be immediately available to start a new role
