Job Description- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare and process HR correspondence such as contracts, offer letters, and other documentation.
- Support the onboarding process by organising induction materials and scheduling sessions.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as required.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and workflows.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
- A good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- An interest in contributing to the mission of the Not For Profit industry.
- A salary ranging from £27,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- The possibility of a part-time working arrangement, subject to discussion.
