Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our team starting in September. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and academic success. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs and interests of young learners.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and achievements.
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare at all times.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.Experience working with children in an early years setting.
Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners to reach their full potential.
