Within this role, you will be joining a small team undertaking general Commercial Litigation matters including:

Contested wills and probates
Civil Litigation
Boundary disputes
Landlord and tenant disputes
Harassment and defamation
Contract disputes

Professional negligence claims

Ideally you will have 0-2 years’ PQE within Litigation, are able to work well as part of a team and can work well under pressure.
