In this role, you will partner with technology, operations, and finance teamsto define and roll out products that enhance Amazon route planning systems
reactivity towards variability. You’ll work in a fast paced environment and
will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically
day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
Key job responsibilities- Own product strategy, feature design, and implementation across Europe.
- Own product launch coordination across technology, operations, and product
- Launch product programs, monitor performance metrics, and report on the
- Use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous
- Work with a variety of other Amazon departments to identify and leverage
- Within a product environment, lead a multidisciplinary team in overcoming
- Manage stakeholders and internal processes, and define standards.

### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A degree
- Relevant experience in product management
- Relevant experience leading cross-functional programmes or projects using
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence
- Relevant experience leading complex projects with a wide range of
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and SQL in a professional environment
### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Advanced or master’s degree
- Project-management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or
- Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams
