Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements as a Accounts assistant.
• Processing invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes as a Accounts assistant
• Handling supplier and client queries related to accounts.
• Assisting with payroll and VAT returns as a Accounts Assistant.
• Maintaining an organized filing system for financial documents.

What We/'re Looking For:

• Education: A diploma/degree in Accounting, AAT qualified is essential for the role as a Accounts assistant
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Qualities: A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
