Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements as a Accounts assistant.
- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes as a Accounts assistant
- Handling supplier and client queries related to accounts.
- Assisting with payroll and VAT returns as a Accounts Assistant.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for financial documents.
What We/'re Looking For:
- Education: A diploma/degree in Accounting, AAT qualified is essential for the role as a Accounts assistant
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Qualities: A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
