Charge Nurse - RMN/RNLD
Salary: £41,000-£44,000 + £5,000 welcome bonusHours per week: 37.5
As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care for patients and ensure the smooth operation of the nursing unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, preferably with a focus on Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and acute care settings.
Qualifications- Nursing Qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
- Active UK NMC registration
- Proven experience in a PICU and acute care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
