We are seeking a passionate Autism Coordinator to join our Childrens care team based in Glasgow. One who will share our values and be dedicated to young people and their families. We want to expand our young peoples horizons, develop their interests and skills and increase their opportunities.Managing and overseeing various care plans, training needs of staff are appropriate to meet the needs of young people. Working directly alongside autistic children and their staff to make shift observations and implement improvements for autistic young people.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and coordinate tasks effectively. More importantly , they will be passionate about improving the lives of young people.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans for individuals with Autism
- Understand the finer complexities of Autism through educational Qualifications
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure staff have the necessary skills to manage PBS
- Work directly with our quality team to ensure improvements
- Happy to work across Teams depending on the needs of young people. Carry out shift work. Work alongside young people with Autism
- Utilise IT systems for data analysis & management and reporting
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Previous experience working with Autistic people
- Qualification directly related to Autism
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and quality assurance for autism
