• Lead financial projects and ensure completion within deadlines
• Prepare and present financial reports and statements
• Monitor accounting activities for compliance with policies and regulations
• Guide and train team members in accounting and finance procedures
• Collaborate with management to set financial goals and strategies
• Implement effective risk management strategies
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure financial accuracy
