Deputy Care Manager - Residential Care / Supported Living
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Care Manager for a Residential Care role based near Stretford in Greater Manchester. The role is with a reputable company that operates in the healthcare sector and are providing care to adults and children with learning disabilities.This role would be supporting services in Greater Manchester.
They are offering:
- Salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
- 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

As a Deputy Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising staff members
- Assist the service management
- Take overall responsibility in ensuring the running of the home/service
- Help with training/mentoring staff members
- Dealing with administrative tasks
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Care Manager position should have:
- Level 3 QCF/NVQ in care or equivalent/higher
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience of working with adults/children in a residential / supported living setting
- Experience as a senior support worker or deputy/assistant manager or similar position
