About the opportunity:
We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a pioneering VC-backed, UK based robotics software start-up dedicated to transforming how developers and businesses bring robotics to life.
We are looking for a creative, strategic and results driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy. This role is central to enhancing our brand positioning and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our company’s objectives and growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and execute dynamic marketing strategies across multiple channels that align with company’s goals and objectives.
- Plan and manage campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Analyse data and key performance metrics to optimise marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports to CEO outlining campaign results, ROI, and areas for improvement or expansion.
- Enhance Brand Awareness and maintain brand consistency.
- Support and assist in the hiring of a small marketing team including executives and comms.
Requirements
Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within a start-up or fast-growing business.
- Demonstrable ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to competition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and optimise ROI.
- Excellent communications skills including written content creation and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in PPC/SEM, social media, advertising and SEO experience.
- A highly competitive salary up to £60,000 dependent on skills knowledge and experience.
