Assets & Data Entry Surveyor/Administrator - Aldershot
Your new company
Our client is seeking a competent surveyor/administrator to work within its busy Team, supporting the implementation of a new computer system.
Your new role
The role will involve liaising with the Team and various other departments to complete the validation process and duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting documents.
- Extracting information from hard and soft copy records and validating information in schedules for future uploads.
- Converting information to digital asset records ready for upload to the new system.
What you'll need to succeed
With a sound knowledge of RICS codes of conduct, the successful candidate should have experience which ideally includes:
- Landlord and tenant law knowledge.
- Understanding or some experience of legal agreements relating to property such as leases, wayleaves, easements and licences.
- Use of Microsoft Office software to prepare written documents, tables etc.
- Use of specialist software to check ownership, provide reasoned advice etc.
- Record keeping, updating databases and general information management.
The ability to work from the Client's office on a daily basis is also essential for this role.
