Real Estate (CILEX)

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex transactions and leading a team of junior legal executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on nationally significant infrastructure projects, contributing to the development of renewable energy, transport, and water sectors.
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior legal executives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including landowner and specialist agreements.
• Collaborating across Real Estate and Planning units to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Developing and implementing efficient working practices within the team.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing updates as needed.

About You:

• Chartered Legal Executive, with experience in commercial property law.
• Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of legal documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with legal research tools.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
• Resilient under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new legal areas, with training provided for energy and infrastructure sectors.
