Job Description
Finance Administrator- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to suppliers and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Resolve any billing disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- An attractive salary package of around £24,000 - 26,000 per annum
