About Our Client
The opportunity has been created following Gateway 2 submission for a large mixed-use scheme consisting of student accommodation, residential, and community buildings. The role is with a Developer-Contractor recognised for their quality residential, hospitality, and PBSA developments across the capital.
Job Description- Oversee and manage the design team as required
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure product/material compliance
- Ensure all projects meet quality, cost and time objectives
- Ensure all legal requirements and building and safety codes are met
- Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as necessary
- Prepare internal and external reports on the project status
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Manager should have:
- An Architecture background
- Design or Technical Manager experience with a developer or contractor
- Relevant project experience (e.g. residential, hotels, PBSA)
- Applicable construction experience of RC Frame/High-rise builds
- Excellent knowledge of relevant building regulations and BSA requirements
- A proven ability to work with internal and external teams effe
- A competitive salary of £70,000-£80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
