Job summary:

As the Go-To-Market RevOps Systems Analyst at AutogenAI, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our RevOps processes and technology stack on a 9-12 month contract. You will be responsible for owning the development of the RevOps tech stack and improving change management processes across our CRM (HubSpot) and related technologies, ensuring seamless integration, system updates, and data quality.

Working closely with other members of the RevOps team, sales enablement, and other internal stakeholders, your efforts will directly impact how effectively our systems support the business. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape our tech stack roadmap, lead governance frameworks, and collaborate on high-visibility revenue-generating projects, all while liaising with cross-functional teams in APAC and the Americas to ensure global alignment and operational success.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Tech Stack Integration & Ownership: Lead the integration and management of tools such as Salesloft, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn with HubSpot CRM. Own relationships with these vendors and assess compatibility of new technologies against our current tech stack, ensuring cohesive operation across global teams.
  • RevOps Roadmap & Governance: Establish and lead governance frameworks, collaborating with internal teams to maintain an evolving technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Co-own data quality, dashboards, and reporting initiatives with the RevOps team. Oversee clean-up projects and continuous improvements to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • User Enablement & Documentation: Collaborate with global sales enablement teams to create user guides, document system changes, and provide training materials to drive adoption of the tech stack, ensuring scalability and consistency across regions.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Expertise in HubSpot & Tech Stack Management: You have deep experience with HubSpot CRM and managing integrations across a broad technology stack, ensuring seamless functionality that supports business objectives.
  • Process Ownership & Change Management: Your ability to design and manage structured processes for system updates, testing, and continuous feedback will ensure smooth operations and high stakeholder engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: With a keen eye for data, you bring expertise in building dashboards, improving data quality, and supporting reporting needs that help drive informed business decisions.
  • Collaborative & Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills and an ability to work across departments will be key in managing change and aligning teams. Your attention to detail will ensure that system documentation and reporting are precise and reliable.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can assess both current and prospective technologies, ensuring they align with evolving business needs and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years owning RevOps processes and technology stack with a strong focus on CRM management (HubSpot required).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, start-up / scale-up background in B2B industries, including an understanding of sales enablement processes, marketing automation, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth experience with HubSpot CRM and related tools (Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn, or similar platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing CRM master data, custom fields, automated workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ability to manage integrations and data migrations between various systems.
  • Solid understanding of data quality practices, governance frameworks, and change management processes.
