My client, a highly respected law firm based in Reading, is recruiting for a Solicitor to join its expanding medical negligence team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters including misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries and delayed treatment claims
• Draft legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements and pleadings
• Liaise with clients, medical experts and counsel
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
• Deliver outstanding client care and legal support

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2+ years PQE preferred)
• Experience in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
