Inbound Customer Service Advisor
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience for each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, billing, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay informed on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
