About You- A proven sales professional with a history of exceeding targets selling industrial machinery and engineering solutions into the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer products sectors.
- Deep understanding of the process involved selling complex technical solutions into these markets and their unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- A self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Build and nurture strong relationships across the UK with both potential and existing clients.
- Identify and assess customer needs and then present solutions from our range of products and services, including sales of packaging machinery, conveyor systems and engineering services.
- Contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
- At least 3 years of experience selling industrial packaging machinery.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively representing Packserve's value proposition.
- An engineering background with a passion for selling complex engineering solutions into the food, beverage and FMCG sector.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and effective time management skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and potentially internationally.
- Basic Salary: £45,000-£55,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)

Requirements- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
