Contract Type: Temporary with the possibility for extension or permanent placement

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team, working in the Westminster area. The role involves working within social housing properties, ensuring a high standard of carpentry work across various projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry
• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience in social housing projects is preferred
• Familiarity with PDA systems is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

• Carrying out carpentry repairs and installations
• Working in occupied and void properties within social housing
• Ensuring work is completed to health and safety regulations
• Maintaining effective communication with clients and team members
