Job Purpose
The EMEA MP Marketing Coordinator will support Motive Power Global marketing by coordinating the development, execution, and production of marketing materials, campaigns, and events. This role supports EMEA Sales, Product Management, and Service teams with localized content while collaborating with global marketing and sales teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.
This is a remote role; however, the candidate must be willing to travel (approximately 20% annually) for events and meetings. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a multinational, multi-language environment, coordinating with in-country commercial teams and global entities.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarketing Coordination
Develop, update, and maintain marketing materials in collaboration with Sales, Service, and Product Management.
Localize global and regional content for the EMEA market.
Manage translations, ensuring an efficient validation process.
Oversee internal communications regarding literature, translations, and monthly media reporting.
Collateral & Campaign Management
Coordinate marketing materials, media campaigns, and projects, ensuring smooth development, approvals, and budget tracking via SmartSheet & Monday.com.Maintain EMEA/APAC Asset and Production Files Library.
Manage promotional inventory via the EMEA online portal and vendor coordination.
Publish and maintain collateral and website content across digital platforms.
Event Coordination & SupportOrganize logistics for tradeshows, meetings, and customer events, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
Attend key EMEA tradeshows as required.
Outsourcing & Vendor Management
Develop creative briefs and guide advertising and communications across print, digital, web, social media, and video assets.Collaborate with outsourced vendors to ensure marketing objectives are met.
Sales & Service Support
Support the sales and service organization by developing and implementing training materials and tools to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications & ExperienceWork Experience
Preferably 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in industrial or material handling sectors.
Proven ability to collaborate with international teams, both in-person and remotely.
Translation management experience is a plus.
EducationBachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
An advanced degree in a technical or business field is desirable.
LanguageFluency in English (written & spoken) is required.
Additional languages are desirable but not required.
Preferred SkillsDigital & IT Literacy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Zoom.
Willingness to learn tools such as SmartSheet, Monday.com, SharePoint, and other marketing software.
Content & ProofreadingExperience in content marketing, campaign delivery, and website management.
Strong editing/proofreading skills for audience-appropriate marketing materials.
Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly content.
Graphic DesignBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus for minor marketing material edits.
