PageGroup are delighted to support a successful manufacturing organisation based in Redditch with the appointment of an exciting HR Business Partner role.
This role can offer some hybrid working - due to the nature of the sector, you will spend most of the week on-site.
Job Description
Acting as a No2 to a CPO, the role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced, challenge role, supporting a busy manufacturing site in Redditch.
You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting the management and leadership teams to achieve their commercial goals.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Alongside the CPO, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Take the lead on a wide range of employee relations cases
- Recruitment - review recruitment strategies, review and update JDs
- Work with CPO with pay and bench-marking exercise
- Work closely with CPO to review and update all HR policies and procedures
- Job analysis/total reward review
- Review Learning and Development on-site
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Business Partner within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
