Home Manager - Older People's Services

Do you have the ability to encourage team working within the backdrop of providing excellent services to elderly people, some of whom are living with dementia?If you can answer yes, we would like to hear from you.
As Home Manager you will ensure delivery of a high-quality programme of care and support which promotes resident choice and control, whilst delivering personal care and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include Managing Quality & governance systems, Leadership & Management, Managing information, Managing Equality, Managing internal and external relationships and taking part in the on-call home level Rota.Candidate must be willing to become registered with the Care Inspectorate.

3 years leadership experience in a values led organisation with responsibility for:
Social care with Older PeopleContributing to people development and learning.
Health and Safety
To apply you will need to already hold one of the following qualifications:
SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 7any practice award in the supervisor or manager category
HNC in Social Services
