Warehouse Operative - Night Shift

Optime group are excited to be recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a prestigious client in Egham. This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.

Please note: As this is a secure warehouse role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.

What’s on offer:

• Rate of pay: £15.49
• Shift pattern: 4on 4off
• Night Shift hours: 6PM - 6AM
• Weekly pay (Every Friday)
• Free on-site parking
• Temp to Perm (performance based)
• Immediate Start (subject to 5-year background check)

Key Duties:

• Ensuring stock levels are accurately counted using handheld scanners
• Assisting with inbound/outbound deliveries
• Picking and packing orders
• Operating all equipment, as per training, to meet safety expectations
• Complying with strict security processes
• Other general warehouse duties as instructed by your supervisor

Requirements:

• Great work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience of working towards targets.
• Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• You must be able to provide 5-year checkable history to secure long-term employment within this business.
