Property Litigation Lawyer - 6++ PQE - London

We have confidential instructions on a new Property Litigation-focused role in London. Our client law firm is a central London practice with defined strengths in a number of areas, including Litigation. Whilst other lawyers in the firm have property litigation experience, the practice is seeking a specialist property litigation lawyer at experienced Associate/Senior Associate level or above.

The role will cover all aspects of property litigation work to include, purely by way of example, possession matters, lease renewals, rent arrears, and dilapidations, amongst others. You will work with both landlords and tenants. The law firm is a boutique-sized practice and career prospects are good.

We are seeking a lawyer with ideally between five and ten years' PQE. You are likely to have good experience in a London or rated regional law firm and should have good technical skills and an enthusiasm for business development.

The firm pays a London salary and this is dependent on experience. Chargeable hours are low for a London firm.
