Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 8am-5pm (flexiblity required)
Location: London Bridge
Hourly rate: £13-16phr
Duties include- Welcoming and greeting guests, ensuring they sign in and are assigned guest badges.
- Acting as the main point of contact for deliveries, downstairs reception, and managing the office phone.
- Assisting in planning and preparing events with the HR team.
- Keeping the office running smoothly during busy event weeks, including setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering/food displays, and maintaining the office's presentability.
- Restocking kitchen spaces.
- Assisting with managing and sending post.
- Researching new vendors, finding local suppliers/team activities.
- Supporting with administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Experience in a customer facing role and a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or interest in working in events would be ideal.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and interact with diverse individuals.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, comfortable chatting about a variety of topics.
- Proactive with initiative, open-minded, and willing to take ownership of the role.
