Primary Responsibilities
General Office Administration (training will be provided for all tasks)
- Providing general administrative support to all charity departments.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and charity merchandise including liaising with key suppliers to obtain quotes and assisting with stock control.
- Taking ownership of postage and courier services for the charity.
- Assisting fundraising team with creation of posters and promotional materials.
- First point of contact for printer consumables and providing billing information.
- Assist with scanning of confidential paper documents and saving to Share Point.
- Liaising with staff and IT Third Party to resolve IT issues.
- Completion of such other roles and/or tasks as may be reasonably asked for by a senior official within the charity.
Knowledge and Experience – desirable
- Working knowledge of Office365 and its related software programmes, although full training will be provided.
- A willingness to undertake training on GDPR requirements and commitment to data protection, safeguarding and confidentiality issues.
- Experience in the use of Canva (desirable).
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn new software, processes and office skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills

Pay: £12,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
