Job Description- Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Processing invoices and maintaining up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Assisting with the monthly payroll and other employee benefit schemes.
- Ensuring accurate financial record keeping and regular reconciliation of accounts.
- Processing expense claims and managing petty cash.
- Assisting with the year-end financial audit process.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Accounts Assistant' should have:
- A strong academic background in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary in the range of £27,000 - £31,000.
