• Category management including facilities management
• Looking after ESG
• Indirect procurement - tendering
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Contribute to the development of the company's sustainability initiatives.
• Provide training and support to the procurement team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

• Indirect procurement experience
• Facilities management and sustainability experience would be useful
• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the retail industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• An understanding of procurement regulations and contract management.
• A commitment to sustainability and ethical procurement practices.

• An annual salary range of GBP 55000 - GBP 70,000, plus benefits.
