Job Overview:
Orchard Grove Reablement Centre is seeking a qualified Locum Physiotherapist to provide temporary cover for annual leave. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients through rehabilitation and recovery during the specified period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physiotherapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs for patients.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Physiotherapist with relevant professional registration.
- Experience in reablement, rehabilitation, or elderly care is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
