Job Description

Th main responsibilities of this accounts payable assistant role will be:

• Accurately process and validate invoices on a daily basis
• Manage and resolve vendor queries efficiently
• Maintain and update financial records regularly
• Liaise with other Accounting & Finance team members to ensure data accuracy
• Support monthly and yearly financial close processes
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports when required
• Ensure all financial operations adhere to internal policies and legal standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:

• At least three years experience in a similar accountancy role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
