Job Description- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, briefs, and subpoenas
- File legal documents with courts and government agencies, both electronically and in person
- Maintain and organize client files and case documents (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, court appearances, and depositions for attorneys
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Conduct basic legal research and collect case-related information
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and client information
- Track and manage deadlines, court dates, and billing hours
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
- Assist in the preparation of discovery documents and trial materials
