Chef De Partie

Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the speciality section, ensuring that all work is presented to the highest standards in line with the club's expectations.
• Manage and maintain a section within the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
• Coordinate with other sections of the kitchen to ensure smooth service operations.
• Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
• Supervise and train junior chefs, helping them to improve their skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a private members' club or similar high-end establishment.
• Must have the right to work full-time in the UK.
• Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent record of kitchen management and ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Capable of delegating tasks and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and control are maintained in the kitchen.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional chef qualification is preferred.
