As an Insurance Solicitor, you will:
Join a nationally recognised defendant professional indemnity team.Handle complex and high-value insurance disputes.
Work predominantly on professional indemnity claims.
Engage with work referred either directly by clients or via insurers.
Manage both pre-action and litigated claims.
Collaborate with a wider national insurance disputes team.
Deliver practical, strategic legal advice to a diverse client base.
Act on behalf of a wide range of professionals, including:
Solicitors and barristersAccountants and independent financial advisers
Insurance brokers
Construction professionals and surveyors
What they are looking for:
- 5 years’ PQE with a focus on professional indemnity or insurance disputes.
Strong knowledge of litigation and pre-action protocols.
Experience at a top regional, city firm, or in-house with a global insurer or MGA.Excellent analytical and client relationship management skills.
