We require a Bakery Assistant for a busy bakery in Cupar.
Hours: 39 per week (Sunday - Friday with midweek night off)Times: Sunday - Thursday, 6pm - 2.20 am, Friday. 5pm - 12.20 am
Wage: £12.32 per hour

The successful candidate MUST have backshift/nightshift experience, ideally we would prefer a candidate with bakery/food handling experience but what we really need is a desire to work, a positive can do attitude, an enthusiasm to learn and a passion to get the job done.
The successful candidate will compliment and be an integral part of our busy bakery department.
This is a bit more details on what we see you doing in this role:
- Assist the bakers in setting up the bakery.
- Ensuring that baking tools, utensils and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
- To assist bakers in cooking and preparation of breads, pastries and other items as deemed suitable.
- To complete any paperwork as issued.
- To pack/wrap all products as necessary ready for distribution or further manufacture.
- To assist bakers in operator machinery and other implements in the bakery.
- To prepare postage orders for customers and complete associated paperwork.
- Put together order for shops based on paperwork provided daily/weekly/monthly.
- To carry out regular stock checks of products/ ingredients/ packaging.
- To assist in all aspects of the bakery as instructed by the bakery manager.
- To ensure that all tasks are completed whilst adhering to the strict health and hygiene guidelines.
