- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)

My client is a leading name in product design, working across sectors such as Medical, Automotive, Consumer, and White Goods. We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to help grow our business by supporting client engagement and increasing our brand presence.
What We're Looking For
This is a marketing-led role, so the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing communications is essential. We're seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- A confident communicator with excellent PR skills
- Able to think independently and solve problems proactively
- A strong networker with a keen eye for business opportunities
The Role
As a key part of our Business Development team, you'll assist in promoting our services, securing existing customers, and attracting new clients. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Assisting with all aspects of business development and company promotion✅ Following up on leads generated by the team
✅ Compiling and maintaining our customer database
✅ Supporting the team in preparing bid and tender documents
✅ Registering for and preparing events, conferences, and exhibitions
✅ Organising travel and accommodation for business events
✅ Managing and planning content for Instagram & LinkedIn
✅ General administrative support to the team
