Retail Assistant
What you'll bring to the team:
Calling all lovers of fun (and chocolate)! Are you ready to join the team at the exciting Cadbury World shop? We're currently looking for Retail Assistants who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and making memories that will last a lifetime.
As a Retail Host you will work within our Retail department and be required to support with the daily running of the Cadbury shop while seeking out opportunities for exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity.
Taking ownership and delivering an experience that is unique and memorable to all guests, you will keep yourself energised and motivated whilst on the till and in guest facing areas, always aiming to deliver the finest customer service and friendly & helpful engagement.But that's not all! You'll also be obsessed with our guests, treating them as individuals and making sure their experience exceeds their wildest chocolate dreams.
As you will be restocking the shop throughout the day and could be serving on the till for extended periods of time, you must be competent and physically able to restock the shop.
We have seasonal, fixed-term roles available. Working a variety of shifts, between 8am and 6.30pm. We’re offering 10 or 20 hours per week. In school holidays days you’ll need to be flexible as times and days of work may change.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- An outgoing personality and willingness to become part of our experience
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred
- A great sense of fun
- Friendly and outgoing
