Corporate Lawyer - 9-12 month contract - 8+ PQE
Whilst the contract is initially for a 9-12-month period, there is potential for further extension or permanency.
The successful corporate lawyer can expect to advise clients on a range of UK and cross-border corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity related transactions, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.Clients will include entrepreneurs, start-ups, founders and management teams across a range of industries to include the likes of technology, hospitality, fitness and leisure, to name a few.
In joining the firm, the successful corporate lawyer can expect to be welcomed into a collegiate team and have outstanding client exposure.
Successful Corporate Lawyers are likely to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for example)
- A strong corporate law background obtained from notable city or leading regional firm
- Upwards of 8 years' PQE
- A wealth of corporate law experience
- A desire to work with entrepreneurial clients, SMEs, start ups and scale ups
- The ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail
- The capacity to start a new opportunity immediately or at short notice.
Embracing a hybrid working pattern, lawyers can expect to spend 3 days a week in the London office, with 2 days working from home.
