Ideal Commercial Litigation Partners will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in dealing with all types of dispute resolution matters. You may already be working as a Head of Department or a Partner or a Senior Associate in the Midlands and will have strong ties to the region.
- You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
- You must be a recognised name in the Legal 500 and/or Chambers & Partners directories and will be able to demonstrate a sizeable following. The role has a high level of autonomy and you will be the type of individual who will thrive in this type of environment.
- The appointed Commercial Litigation Partner to cover the broad spectrum of commercial litigation including board, shareholder and partnership disputes, contested probate, inheritance disputes, commercial disputes, warranty claims, banking litigation and financial services.
- You will be able to deal with the day to day management of your own caseload of files as well as assist with the supervising and mentoring of junior fee earners.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
