Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Programme Manager of Change & Transformation to join our highly skilled and dynamic Strategy team.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices in Leamington or Bicester, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

The Opportunity

Within Strategy, the Business Change and Transformation team is responsible for identifying, shaping and executing a broad and impactful programme of transformation and change activities, as well as implementing initiatives to continually create efficiencies and evolve our ways of working, capabilities, operating models, processes and technologies.

Reporting directly to the Head of Change and Transformation, the ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business transformation and operational excellence, be intellectually curious, able to work independently, comfortable with ambiguity and have a track record of adapting quickly to shifting priorities within a dynamic working environment .

Being a fast learner, with a strong execution mind-set, while keeping focused on high impact projects, will be critical.

What you'll do
  • Develop, evaluate, manage, and report health assessments for multiple programs of change whilst ensuring stakeholder requirements are met and so are resulting in the expected business value and impact
  • Develop detailed change program plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones at an individual and aggregated level. Devise strategies for their effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders
  • Track adherence of change programs to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks that could hinder success. Develop and implement contingency plans
  • Deliver regular, comprehensive progress updates highlighting achievements and effectively communicating any challenges
  • Provide the Transformation & Change & Strategy team and leadership with timely data and information for informed decision making
  • Ensure change programmes meet organisational objectives & strategies through managing successful engagement, adoption and usage of any new change, scaling from area-specific initiatives to larger, organisational-wide transformation programmes, as applicable
  • Lead and deliver change program initiatives with internal partners including designing requirements, creating change delivery approaches and plans, and executing on them
  • Drive and embed the use of Agile practices and tools as appropriate throughout the function and ensure an agile mindset is present throughout
Who you are
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing, tracking and reporting milestones and outcomes across multiple change programmes at an individual and aggregated program level
  • Extensive experience in identifying, creating, monitoring and reporting success measures across multiple change programs at an individual and aggregated program level
  • Extensive experience of identifying and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies as well as leading the resolution of issues / blockers at an individual and aggregated program level
  • Demonstrable experience of managing project costs, including the establishment of baseline costs and tracking, and contingency planning across multiple change programs
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide clarity around priorities, goals and outcomes across multiple change programs
  • A track record of shaping and leading successful delivery of technology, process and business transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience of applying project/programme management methodologies in complex delivery and stakeholder environments
  • A self-motivating mindset and also to be able to inspire and motivate others
