Nuclear Safety Graduate Programme
Along the way, you’ll expand your knowledge of production, project management, design, and safety. Nuclear Safety Engineering and Operations at Babcock This programme is designed to give you a broad education in nuclear safety engineering and operational safety management.
You’ll undertake diverse placements across the business, working on a variety of projects. You’ll receive training from industry experts, including safety case authors, plant managers, operations managers, human factors consultants, and engineers from all disciplines.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate with radiation protection advisors and environmental management specialists, gaining a well- rounded understanding of the field.

You’ll need a degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths) subject.Many of our early careers roles are subject to Security Clearance and Trade Control restrictions which mean that your place of birth, nationality, citizenship, or residency you hold or have held may impact which roles you are eligible for.
