Are you looking for a new full time and permanent position within the Hinckley area? We are thrilled to be supporting our client find their newest team member. Could this be you?

You will be expected to have a professional approach to everything you do, be punctual, reliable and be good at juggling and prioritising tasks.

Working as an office administrator, your role will be to support the office assisting the senior office administrator with the day to day running. This is a varied job role that includes all different tasks to include but not limited to:
  • Filing and data entry
  • Typing, drafting and proofing letters and customer quotes
  • Managing the diary
  • Answering the phone
  • Sales order processing and stock control using SAGE 1000
  • Arranging inports/exports
  • Mail shots
  • Ordering PPE
  • Dealing with enquiries

You must have previous office administration experience, preferably from an engineering background. You will be computer literate and excellent at using Microsoft office; Word, Excel, outlook. You will have good touch typing skills (shorthand would be an advantage) with a good eye for detail and the ability to plan your own work whilst showing initiative.

You will work full time hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm with a 30 minute lunch.

The salary per year is between £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
