Job Title: Sales CoordinatorSalary: £26000 paLocation: Newcastle under LymeWorking hours: 8am – 4.30pm, Monday to FridayAn excellent opportunity has arisen with our Manufacturing client in the Newcastle under Lyme area. As a Sales Coordinator you will be providing support to the sales team and be a main point of contact for all customers.Key responsibilities:Liaise with customers and follow up quotations sent over by the sales team and allocating to the sales teamBuild and maintain customer relationshipsNegotiate to ensure the best deal for the business and the customerUpdate all notes, company and contact information onto CRM SystemLead generationArrange and attending meetings with potential and existing contactsProvide weekly reports and forecasting relating to order activities.Candidate requirements:Experience in a sales and customer service role, ideally within manufacturingNegotiation skills and experience in upselling and closing the saleStrong organisational skills and eye for detailBe able to coordinate and work to deadlinesA team playerKnowledge of Microsoft officeThis is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team and contribute to the continued success of the company.
