Job Description

As a Property Litigation Solicitor your duties will include:

• Manage a broad range of property litigation cases.
• Provide expert advice on various issues related to property litigation.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Liaise with colleagues and clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of property litigation.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Contribute to business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have between 2-5 PQE in property litigation matters. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.

• An estimated salary range of £56,000 - £63,000 per annum.
• A hybrid working model allowing for one day a week of working from home.
