This is a genuine Executive Assistant role for a proactive, organised and driven individual to support the HR Leadership Team, while working closely with the other Member of the Executive comittee
A lot of diaries, a lot of scheduling of meetings, interviews and the opportunity to get involved with HR projects and events. It’s an involved role working with a friendly, creative team, quite different to working for lawyers.
CURRENT/PREVIOUS EA/PA EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING AN HR TEAM A MUST (LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY) BUT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES E.G. BANKING, ACCOUNTANCY, INVESTMENT BANKING OR FINANCE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST, AS IS AN INNATE SENSE OF FUN, SOMEONE WHO WANTS THE BEST FOR THEMSELVES AND THE FIRM.
