Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm working on complex, high-value transactions across various sectors, including real estate investment, property development, asset management and secured lending.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Property Transactions: Handling the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, including freehold and leasehold transactions
✔ Title Due Diligence: Investigating title, identifying key risks and preparing detailed reports for clients
✔ Development Projects: Assisting with site assembly, planning agreements, development contracts and infrastructure arrangements
✔ Commercial Leasing: Drafting and negotiating leases, lease renewals and leasehold agreements for landlords and tenants
✔ Investment & Asset Management: Advising property investors and asset managers on real estate strategies
✔ Conditional & Option Agreements: Negotiating contracts subject to planning and other conditions

✔ Property Finance: Acting for lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions

What We’re Looking For

✔ Qualified Solicitor (4+ PQE) with experience in commercial property law
✔ Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions, leasehold matters, and development work
✔ Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently or within a team
✔ Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

✔ A proactive and commercial mindset, with a strong problem-solving approach
