We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Manager with a deep passion for early childhood development to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's nursery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and be committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for both children and staff, ensuring a rich and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
Qualifications- Level 3 in Early Years or above.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in a leadership role within a nursery or early years education setting.
- Showcase a solid understanding of child development theories, adept curriculum planning skills, and a strong grasp of early years best practices.
- Display exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Understand regulatory requirements and exhibit the capacity to ensure compliance.
