• Every Day is Different: Be part of thousands of live events, from sold-out concerts to international exhibitions – you might be just a pair of extra hands unloading a lorry at the NEC Halls or putting down a full arena worth of flat floor seating for Peter Kay.
• Not Your Average Job: This is hands-on dynamic work where you’ll help bring some of the UK’s largest events to life – this is not a typical 9 to 5 job! Our shifts range from 4 to 12-hour shifts (days, nights, weekends).

What You’ll Be Doing: As part of our energetic team, you'll be working on a variety of essential tasks, such as:

• Building and dismantling stages for world-class shows.
• Laying temporary flooring and seating for major concerts and exhibitions.
• Constructing stands and temporary structures that shape entire events.
• Loading and unloading trucks full of equipment – every show starts with you!
• Rigging and de-rigging equipment – it’s all about the setup!
• Heavy lifting to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard.

Preferred Experience:

• Event Crewing: 1 year (but don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
• Licence/Certification: In date Forklift Licence preferred.
